We currently offer three live online meditations each week:

All classes are recorded so you can practice anytime, and a 7-day free trial lets you explore before committing.

New to meditation? You’ll receive a 30-min 1:1 intro session, and I’m always here for questions or support. Come and feel the warmth of a like-minded community - where everyone is welcome, and no one meditates alone.

Full Moon Gong
Immersions
Held every full moon, these powerful sessions combine deep rest, sound healing and spiritual renewal. The gong’s sound vibrations calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and support emotional release - helping you reset, realign and reconnect.
A time to tune into your intuition, let go, and truly restore.

Yoga
At The Wellbeing Coach, we offer regular yoga and yoga nidra classes, including our Wellbeing Wednesdays - held every other week throughout the summer.

Coming soon: Monthly Yin Yoga
A deeply restorative 90-minute class designed to help you slow down, stretch out and reconnect. Expect a calming blend of long, gentle poses, mindful breathwork and soothing stillness - the perfect reset for body and mind.

Complimentary Meditation for Cancer Patients
My Seva (selfless service) to you

If you’ve been diagnosed with, treated for, or are recovering from cancer, you are welcome to join our meditation session every Thursday evening in a safe, supportive space.
​
As someone who has been through breast cancer and lives with the BRCA2 gene, I truly understand the fear, stress and grief this journey can bring. Meditation helped me heal - and I’d be honoured to share its calming, restorative power with you.

Accessible, gentle and deeply relaxing, these sessions are designed to support your emotional wellbeing alongside any medical or holistic treatment.
